Well after 21 yrs of military service weighing 185lbs. I managed to contract thyroid cancer and gained 100lbs plus. Not all is due to thyroid but I did manage to assist with weight gain by what i ate and didnt eat. Last year i did start to do atkins and did rather well. Well had some more issues and gained all my weight I had lost back. Instead of doing a specific diet i have decided to monitor and record calories, fat, protein, and carbs. I offically started today. Im well over 300lbs and I am looking t be about 200lbs. I look into the mirror and OMG Im Hew Mungis so alas I have my profile name. Im doing this for me cause my kids lost their grandparents and I tell myself that my grand kids willhave their granddad when my kids are old enough to be married and have kids. I havent had tape measure so Im going by what I wear clothes wise.
