best breakfast?
I have a little less than half a cup of French Vanilla yogurt and I put in lots of my favourite berries inside. I sprinkle in some cinnamon because not only is cinnamon healthy, but it also serves as a sweetener. I may or may not sprinkle in shaved almonds or crushed peanuts, it depends if I'm in the mood for the crunch. All in all this breakfasts helps with my sweet tooth while still being healthy.
