I was a little detoured when I felt as if I was not losing fast enough. Stayed on the new eating habit list just not wrting things down and not telling anyone what my weight was. However I am getting happier with teh results of this new way of living and eating.

I started my new way of eating a week ago Wednesday last week. so from last Wednesday till this Wednesday I had a goal of 5 pounds and I was able to keep that goal.
