So, I was good about eating yesterday until I finished dinner at my in-laws and my hubby's grandma brought out her brownies. I had just one piece (1.5" x 1.5"), but I shouldn't have done that because then when I got home I was craving sugar... and I had a piece of the leftover Congo bar I had made for some new neighbors... UGGH. That's just it, for me it's like all or nothing... and with sweets, I need to just eat NOTHING. Anyhow, at least I had a nutritious dinner.

I really want to lose this weight. I hate seeing the fat on my face in pictures. I also want to be healthy and increase my endurance when running.
