Hello everyone
It’s been getting better these days. I’ve had some chest pains that thankfully are being monitored through a monitor for a week. I’m still a little dizzy but I’m feeling that I’m able to operate better. Unfortunately I need to have another biopsy for my thyroid. Hopefully nothing serious comes. This weight loss journey has been very enlightening and has forced me to focus on my health. I have long neglected myself and I think I am working towards recovery. I was told this takes about a year for things to adjust to I’m almost halfway there. Also, the FODMAP diet has helped me tremendously to deal with IBS and food sensitivity.
Onwards and upwards.

Man this weight loss journey really sucks. So I had gastric bypass on December 7. The first month was great. The after surgery effects were minimal. I was walking, staring the gym. Then in February everything started. Reactive hypoglycemia. The whole month of February in and out of the hospital. They thought I had a stroke. March, horrible constipation, issues with low potassium and Vitamin A. Then my hair started to fall out in chunks. I found out I have cysts on my thyroid. I am not catching a break. Now I’m having issues with low blood pressure and high heartbeat when doing the minimum of tasks. The hypoglycemia and constipation are gone thankfully but why does it take so long for the body to adjust? Has anyone had these issues? I hate having these chest pains and dizziness. I’m seeing bright lights around my peripheral vision. I think I have orthostatic hypotension. This sucks.
