Sweat + Sacrifice = Success
Day 3 of 90
Hello my fellow Fat secretateers! Monday morning has been smooth sailing for me at work..and the day, is absolutely stunning, the sun is shining on my walk to work in my beautiful downtown city. I have all my food mapped out and am feeling pretty spectacular..i havent felt the urge to be this commited in a really long time..Todays workout i believe i will be training, and then an hour of running or stair climber for my booty. Im really working toward not looking at the scale any more as all my clothes still fit i have just gained alot of muscle in the last nine months..
I believe the new challenge i entered starts tomorrow so that will be fun to meet some new buddies!

Day 2 / 90
Its amazing what a day can do! I am already feeling loads better and back on track. :-) i have my meal plans already mapped out fir the week and am going to hit the grocery store and prep brown rice and hard bolied eggs for the week... Etc etc. Lots of water then out for a run and enjoy this glorious day. Have a good fun-day erryone

Day 1
At work and all i keep thinking about is wanting to get to the gym! such a beautiful day and and even better mind set. It feels good to be back in the zone..I got a few people to prove myself to and i couldnt be more excited to kick ass!

Confessions of a Yo-Yo Dieter.
Its simple, either you do it, or you dont...either you wake up with intent, get your water down, eat your meals accordingly and work so hard after the gym you look disgusting. I have done it, i have excelled and dicisplined and felt incredible..yet these last four months..although i have not given up..i push myself to oblivion at the gym..but i eat like shit..talk about counter productivity..I hear this little voice in my brain..and i give into it..what is it? am i scared to succeed. am i stressed? Yes. but nothing that i cant over come..nothing that i cannot choose to drive through. They say you need to write down your goals and be passionate about them..and today i making that change, i am making it so my clothes fit again, so i want to be seen in public and so i feel BEAUTIFUL..enought stressin enough regrets and alot more eating accordingly.
NEW GOAL:
Stay religious to fat secret again - record your meals
Eat 5 times a day
Pass on the drinking and nights out..stay focused and commited
Be the Cardio Junkie that you love - push yourself.
Loose 10 lbs by May 30.
Loose 20 lbs by June 30.
Loose 30 lbs by July 30.
