Recap of the week:
Major milestone broken this week - I dropped below 300lbs! Also, for the fourth week in a row, I've averaged losing 2.5lbs per week!
I made no unhealthy exceptions save for a bit of donut. More on that later. I stuck to my diet very well. I went for a few walks this week and completed a TRX workout on Tuesday. In fact, I believe my walk on Wednesday contributed to me feeling under the weather. Thursday and Friday were far too cold to go walking (15° and 10°F, respectively). Today is even colder. So, today I will lift weights.
In the coming week, I would like to see myself workout Monday, Wednesday and Saturday with walks on Tuesday and Thursday.
Felt like garbage Wednesday afternoon and evening after coming off a 21 hour fast. I'm going to have to ease into 20-24 hour fasts a little more gradually. For now, 19:5 fasting seems to be working just fine and I am achieving the results I want.
Thursday I made the best salad I have ever had with mixed greens, cauliflower, broccoli, cherry tomatoes, avocado, sunflower kernels, sliced almonds, and Italian dressing with shredded chicken and strawberries on the side.
Yesterday, Jessica brought home leftover Krispy Kreme donuts from work. I cut one in half and tried it. The donut actually tasted over-processed, over-sweetened, and unappealing. Seven weeks ago, I would have been hard-pressed not to eat the whole donut and one or two more after telling the kids "What donuts?" Now, it was so overly sweet it was overwhelming. Six weeks of eating clean and avoiding ALL processed foods have changed my taste buds. I'm extraordinarily pleased with that since that will surely help me be successful in finally beating a life-long battle with processed foods and refined carbs.

Basically the same lunch as yesterday without the avocado. Made more shredded chicken with some mesquite seasoning I found. Turned out better than expected.

Last meal of the day! I feel like I'm cheating on my Paleo diet with 55g of Olive Garden dressing. But I sent my wife with the last of my homemade vinaigrette this morning :-/
A little shredded chicken for protein.

Breakfast...well, technically lunch since I'm eating at 12:30pm. Also officially down 20 lbs today! Super happy about that!

Far better day than yesterday. After yesterday's 21-hour fast, had lunch and felt like garbage the rest of the afternoon. Maybe keto flu, I don't know. Pacing myself today with a 19-hour fast, smaller meal with more fruits and veggies and a walk later.
