Breakfast/Lunch: Leftover homemade coq au vin from Valentines Day with an omelet, strawberries, and mini sweet peppers. the sauce wasnt the healthiest, but dang was it good with the omelet.

Post-workout and last meal of the day. Steak, cooked medium, cauliflower, and pineapple. I would kill for some cherry tomatoes but I ran out Thursday and grocery day is tomorrow :-/
