I'm Pescatarian, which means I don't eat meat or dairy like eggs, cheese or milk... I do however eat seafood.

I think I'm onto something with my weight loss. counting calories seems to be working and drinking 6-8 glasses of water followed by 6-8 cups of greens like raw celery and raw cabbage has been so explosive for my weight loss. I just need to keep with it and it's not always easy, especially because I travel so much.

I started out at 220.2 pounds about 24 days ago (today is august 17th 2010) and I lost 9 pounds in 7 days. Just need to keep it up. :)

Constipation
I would suggest unsweetened apple sauce and unsweetened fresh apple juice. Or even a 3oz black coffee in the morning. Or some walking can sometimes get the circulation going and starts churning everything that needs to be churned. Smile The easy motion of walking gets everything "moving" Smile
