Heute Abend habe ich Kidneybohnen-Burger gemacht. So was von lecker!
Auf einem Mehrkornbrötchen mit Salat, Tomate, Zwiebeln und Gurke.
Mit den Bratlingen muß man ganz sanft umgehen, da es nicht die festeste Konsistenz ist, aber super schmackhaft! Wer Falafel mag, mag bestimmt auch die...

Hoffe, es klappt. Aber man sieht ja, woher es kommt...
Ich habe übrigens nur 5 schöne gleichgroße Burger gemacht/rausbekommen;-)
