Fasted Friday 6pm to Saturdsay almost 9pm for religous purposes.
Ate some Indian food Sat. night.
Had brunch: 2 eggs, 2 toast, and 3 small dollar pancakes with amaretto agave nectar.
Dinner was BAD: 2 beef hotdogs with bun with ketchup and relish. AND a bowl and a half of oyster stew.
I made hot dogs for my kids and thought'd they'd both eat 2, guess not. So I did the dumb thing and ate them myself : (

This weekend invovled driving 4 hours into the mtns to stay in a cabin all to attend a very unique and special wedding. I barely ate at all : ( not by choice, but due to the fact that the closes decent sized town turned out to be an hour away : (
Sat. had a kosher hotdog and a smore
Sun morn a cinnamon roll and water
lunch a small roll with some mayo and turkey
on the drive back home had to stop and ended up getting a whopper jr, no cheese with water.
Certainly not enough veggies or fruit as you can see : (
But did get some walking done. Now I get to make up for it all week : )

Had some bad choices as well as some good one this past 3-day weekend. Monday played volley ball, which I haven't played since probably elementary. I was never that into volley ball, but it was fun : )
I found and tried a new drink: Brain Toniq. Found it at Kings Soopers, was very tasty and has no hfcs and is organic as well as kosher.

I was fine till I ate breakfast, now I am tired. And lunch made it worse. I could seriously go home and go to bed. Which I won't because somehow my brain thinks sleep is wasting time lol Probably why I never get enough. I did successfully go from work to school without forcing a meal down me. I only ate a handful of butter lettuce last night before class. I noticed I am eating a meal as fast as I can in 15 min or less before I go to class M-W and then I return home later starved again so I eat a 2nd meal. Essentially eating 2 dinners :-( Which is obviously not going to help my caloric intake. I have also compromised and bought fast food. Well, a friend bought the Tokyo Joes last night, but with a full time job, kids, and college part-time I am finding cooking less appealing :-(
Somehow I have go to get my butt moving!! I'm totally worn out
Probably all this cooked food, I need to get my raw vegs and fruits in but I haven't had time or money for food
