Go to lazy dinner. 1 can Progresso split pea w/ ham soup, 1/2 la brea T&B (split&freeze as 1/2s for easy baking). Often just eat that, but need some veg tonight- 1 bag seasons choice Asian+ a sugar free kombucha! 650 kcals, 18.3 g fiber and 30.2g protein.

151g egg white, 51g Canadian bacon, Thomas fiber muffin, 90g apple, 76g strawberry, light+fit w/ 6g PB2 and 8g honey roasted peanuts. 2 cups of tea w/ 10 ml half&half. At work will have coffee w/ 41ml premier protein. 510 kcal, 13.2g fiber & 53.4g protein!

Blueberry protein waffles, my usual light+fit Greek mixed with 6g PB2 + 10g honey roasted peanuts- 1/2 on waffles- 70g banana, 48g strawberries, 30ml sugarfree syrup, 81ml(1/4 bottle) caramel premier protein in my coffee. 532 kcal, 38g protein, 8g fiber!
