was supposed to weigh in earlier this week but todays okay I guess

I think I'm going to aim for x3fast days a week but be happy if I only do x2

ran yesterday, Thurs and Monday and today.

did lots of weights . my abs feel pretty solid.

Mondays fast was chilled
Mondays run (7km) also rather easy
(But given my weekends intake, it's kinda undertandable)

i plan to carry on with this fast todayyy.
go go go go go go haf.
black coffee // green tea // water // water // water // waterrrrr

I feel like I shouldn't break it this evening. I need to make an executive decision to not do so. Think Paf Thiiiinnnkkk

no. I looked in my fridge. nothing worth eating nor requires eating.

Kay okay okay okay. im going to be so slow today.

okay I am literally the same
but I just remembered that Sundays diet consisted of cheesecake and cronuts and lattes and then more cheesecake and then more cronuts

so that's why. quite funny really

that being said, I did smash a little 5km now
