Feeling much improved after my fast yesterday, I had a satisfying breakfast this morning. Grilled salmon, lightly seasoned with black pepper and a squeeze of lemon juice, was accompanied by a small portion of brown rice. To drink, I had a glass of 1/2 grape juice and 1/2 sparkling water.

Lunch - Enjoyed a homemade seafood and vegetable soup accompanied by a slice of dark rye bread and a small amount of olive oil margarine. To drink - a glass of sparkling water.
