Thanksgiving/family visits are OVER. Time to kick my butt into gear!! I think even though not eating that well, not gaining that much weight shows that metabolism is kicked up, and supplements are doing their thing. Going to start a winter exercise program today and let's keep on shedding these pounds!

Haven't really dieted lately at all. Been so scared to weigh myself....But it appears that I have lost weight. Not sure what's going on but I hope it means a healthier start to taking back my health. Starting again and trying to improve my diet. I'm so glad that I haven't fallen that far after Thanksgiving and some mindless binging.

Pretty much just starving, waiting for food banks to come through for 3 weeks now...I don't eat a lot, but what I do it, is crap because it's cheap...Soon we will be out of this situation though.

Gained a pound. I blame it on being so broke that I can't buy enough good foods to compete with the bad ones that are so cheap. Also I didn't exercise as much, sort of took a break from stress and job hunting. The good news is, I am going to work harder this week and will definitely lose even more weight. =) Am I discouraged? Not as much as I am about finding a job. Now that's real disappointment.
