Don't really have an appetite, watch my carb intake if I do eat, snack on fruit & have developed a taste for a lot of milk since I've gotten the lactose free stuff. Have lost enough now that my diabeties is totally under control, normal A1C, normal blood sugars. Doing a lot of walking also. I don't know, this is the what I've always done, the weight is finally coming off now..yeah for me, but wouldn't recommend how I eat for anyone else.

Babysat GK's today for 6 hrs.; but missed my bus to go there & had to walk over 2 miles in the cold windy rain to get the bus going over! Their Grandma really loves them & TG they know it!

Guts been giving me hell for about 2 weeks. Began to stabilize so I could eat solid foods again Sunday. Lots of sounds, but so far minimum pain so I'm continuing w/ solid food diet.

I've been sick for a week or more, ab pain w/ symptoms of ulcerative colitis. I have really followed any kind of diet, not eating at all some days or staying with liquids only. I'm so sick of being sick!

Just have to lower A1C by 1.2 points to get it normal again!!! Wining the war against diabetes through health life style changes!!!
