Have gone from a size 26 to size 18 in about 10 months & it looks awful! I'm doing regular exercise program now, however will be rejoining the Y to try to tone the belly flab that appeared as weight came off too fast, but health benefits where worth it. However will try not to lose anymore until I firm up, at 55 that's going to be harder than losing was!
