Back at the gym now for two days and doing fine with the neck thing. Hope all continues well.

Neck is feeling a bit better today. Went to the doctor and he gave me a prescription for muscle relaxant, hope they help!! Feeling bad cause have not been able to go to gym this week at all .

Still not able to do much with this silly neck problem, no gym today for sure , cannot even drive as can not turn my head to see beside or behind, no traffic accidents to finish me off thank you very much.
