I work out five days a week for an hour to an hour and twenty minutes per workout. I enjoY long aerobic workoutS, but I would like to start incorporating sit ups/crunches/leg lifts, push ups and planks.
I used to run long distance, but fell off four years ago after a miscarriage.
I want to lose one hundred pounds over the next few months. Most importantly, I would love to go back to running long distance. I may not exceed or even meet the same level of athleticism in previous years, but just being able to run comfortably would be great.
