Okay this morning weighed in : 193 lbs. I lost 4 ounces. I guess I should be happy. My body is looking different though, that weight lifting is making a difference. I wish could just smoke some crack and lose 30 pounds and not get addicted! This is so much work. Oh well, it took me 9 months to gain an extra 30 pounds so I guess it wont come off in one week. Its a beautiful day today, I will get out and enjoy it and be good!

Let's See...
I am feeling okay today. Tried on a size 14 jean skirt I could slide into last year (not easily) and the thing would barely slide over my hips. What a way to celebrate a 2 hour stint at the gym....Perhaps I shouldnt have done that, it completely ruined my high. I feel like I have been starving myself for a week and I only lost 3 pounds. Miami is coming up shortly and I certainly dont want to be this heavy. Furthermore, I just dont want to be this weight period.
