Eating the Nutrisystem Tubo meal pack I bought at WalMart. I'm still very, very hungry but I'm trying to stick with it because I really, really, want to lose weight for health reasons and to help take some of the weight off my bad knee. However, I have been having some light headed spells which I don't think is good. I have lost 4 pounds since starting the diet which I'm thrilled with, but maybe I'm losing it a little too fast and that could be why I'm having dizzy spells. I need to figure out what I can eat between the very tiny Nutrisystem meals so I won't feel like I'm deprived and starving myself.

On all the diets that I've been on in my lifetime, I've noticed that if I totally cut out bread, potatoes, and rice, I'll lose weight. That's all well and good, but it's very hard to go without eating any bread, or even some kind of potato or rice. On my last Atkins diet I was so determined to lose weight that I really think I was starving myself and that's not healthy, especially at my age. I want to lose weight but I don't want to hasten my time to the grave.
