My first step is to learn how to count carbs in order to regulate my insulin.
Note to self:
whole milk: 1 oz. = 1.63 carbs; 8 oz.= 13 carbs
raw tomato: 1 oz. = 1 carb = 5 cal.
raw apple: 1 oz. = 4 carbs = 15 cal.
