Ngabisin bahan2 yg udh mau abis. Wholemeal spaghetti, pak choy, tomat, bombai, lalu ditemenin ikan tengiri... entah apa nama makanan ini, mungkin Asian Spaghetti haha. Tapi enakkk :)

Siang ini lemonilo kuah aja, pake ikan dory, tumis pak choy, jamur, bombai dgn kecap tropicana dan lada hitam aja, gak lupa telurnya :)

Siang ini bikin yg cepet2 aja. Wholemeal spaghetti dengan tomato paste, tuna, jamur, dan pak choy buat nambah2in sayur aja. Cuma 616 kkal aja, kenyangg polll. Selamat hari mingguuu :)
