From what I've read you get 1 shot to lose it quickly, subsequent attempts are much more slow. The only battle plan I have for a stall if/when I reach one (my definition of a stall is when my scale won't budge for a week) is a 3-5 day

Alcohol question
1 oz. Tequila + 1 packet Crystal Light + 6 oz. diet Sprite + splash of lime = a decent low-calorie mock Margarita.

Protein Replacement Drinks
EAS Whey Protein has been great. Actually planning to pick more of it up myself. Since you're on the road, think about getting a blender bottle, available at Walgreens and other places.
