Lol!! I really don't like bio's... But..
I'm 19.. Turning 20 in June. Yeah! So definetley on a mission to lose some serious weight before then..
I'm not afraid of pain or starvation.. Lol.. But yeah.. Hope I do get down to my ideal weight.

Hi Everyone
Just thought I'd introduce myself
I'm Alexandrea aka Lexi and I'm hoping to lose a bit of weight through exercise mainly... I've never really had a problem with my weight until recently when I went in for my first ever medical examination... Shock of all shocks when my BMI reflected I was over weight...I was told a healthy weight for me would be somewhere between 67/70kg's which is reasonable and I look forward to meeting that goal.. I'm not looking for a quick fix and I'm not afraid of pain... Hope to make a few bud's along the way too

Do you eat the amount of calories fatsecret suggests?
@homeriscool, its hard though I've tried looking up all the things that I'd normally eat don't have enough calories for me to meet the rdi... For example I would have watermelon,apples, coffee and green salad and adding that up its less than the calories I should be having per meal.. Its a rather frustrating revelation..

Tglenna... I haven't recorded any exercise as yet.. Though I do plan on changing that.. Hoping to go for a jog tomorrow morning if the weather holds up..

@Ollie I thought as much..
@Gnat I don't take my cereal with milk.. *hides* I can't eat if its all wet and all.. So I usually have muesli (the plain kind) around half a cup, I've found if I eat more than that in the evening I tend to get cramps in the morning... Like I said I've never counted calories before..all I did was input all my meals into the food diary and bam.. Please do have a look at it I'm not sure the calorie thing is correct, I'm not on diet and this is pretty much how I've eaten all my life.. (Well.. The last 5 years)
