A new follower posted an amazing post about having a "SECRET". Theirs was almost my story, so I went back and looked at meals I was eating while motivated to lose. I have been here since 2012 and won't give up. I saw that while losing pretty good, of course lots more PROTEIN, and even days of just a protein item for breakfast, one for lunch and then a meal at night. I just feel like I am NOT that motivated right now and want to eat. I have been tracking everything as I was slacking a bit over the past few months. I had never gone that long without tracking, but AVOIDANCE behaviour kicked in. Back on track, for today, and hopefully will stay here for a while. As I get older, I should do better because we need to consume less or work out harder because we gain so easily. It comes so easily, but leaves so slowly. UGH!!!
