So my weight varied today from 199lbs to 202 this morning! With a new battery I'm still not buying it lol.
I've been on here for ages. 66 this year, Pensioner in September. It's very difficult to lose weight. I've always been fit, active all my life. Bit difficult nowadays with health issues. I wont bore you with that.
For any newbies, if you like chocolate, go for it! Just keep it in your calorie deficit. This app is so good.Take care y'all x
