Today I decided to go keto carnivore instead of keto vegetarian. I found that eating keto would be better and easier for me personally if I ate that way. The keto flu seems to not hit me until night. Last night I was sore and in pain and I couldn't sleep, but when I woke up I felt rejuvenated and full of energy. Now that I'm inching toward the end of the day, I'm getting tired and weak again. Maybe the workout I did was too intense.
Now I have a question and I feel kinda stupid about it but I don't know exactly what a calorie defict is. I think I have a vauge idea but can anyone explain it? I can't find an answer on the internet 😔

About to start day 3 of keto. Been losing a lot of water weight so wanted to see how much I lost. This is encouraging! I've never seen a drop on the scale when I tried to lose weight before and I know it's just water weight but damn if it doesn't feel good!

Day two of Keto and intermittent fasting. I just did an ab workout in y fasted state and having only had 20 g of carbs yesterday (in contrast to my usual 300 g) I felt very dizzy and tired upon the end of my workout. I feel pretty tired and I still haven't eaten yet. I have my calories planned out for the day and I'm having even less carbs than yesterday. Is this what it feels like to not have carbs.
A sincerely happy 2019 to everyone here on FS. You are a bunch of supportive unicorns that make this a bit easier. I don't have resolutions because resoloutions are bound to fail. I have goals for the rest of my life that this year is going to be a time to start working on them.
Going keto is going to be easy for me but I know I can do it. And to all who just joined today, welcome beauties. The community here is great and you are all welcomed additions to our family. I hope everyone has a beautiful day. Any advice about Keto would be very much appreciated. Love you all!
