Three years post op, now have found that old habits slipped back :-(. Working on kicking those habits to the kern this year for good! I have a husband who is fab, two children who are awesome, so I am blessed there, work full time, and in the small amount of spare time I have I am involved in local government, am a marriage celebrant and a justice of the peace, meaning I am involved in quite a bit of community work. So I work out every weekday morning for approx an hour, now the focus is on eating healthily.
Any hints/support etc will be great fully received!!!
