omg I'm a fat pig!!!! I started back on keto and added animal products back to kick start keto into a big weight loss. perhaps after I lose the weight I'll go back to vegan

gained because I wasn't tracking. I cheated so many times. good news it's been almost a month of no smoking. I smoked for 34 years and have never did so well. so good for me. now it's time to watch what I put in my mouth and start tracking again.
