I was way off the diet on Saturday and no school due to weather for the kids royally disrupted exercise and I couldn't do my work out yesterday so I was dreading the scale today. BUT I'm only up .5lb since last weigh in, and while I am not happy with it I am happy with my measurments. 75% of my work out is strength training and I can only hope muscle gain is equalizing my fat loss.

I'm going to pay less attention to the scale and spend more time with the tape measure. Since the beginning of the plan.....

Arms +1"
Chest -2"
Waist -3"
Hips 0"
Thighs -1"

I'm actually surprised on the thighs they were already rather lean and other than walking I have not worked my legs at all. My knees are very bad and knee pain is what ended my work outs last year. My Beer Keg is going down though and I'm happy with that. 3" at the waist is awesome but I have a Looooong way to go.

Today the gym is going to be a punisher... I'm going to add a second circuit rounding the work out off to 2hrs and we are going to increase the quanity of work out days from 3 - 5. Now that I have lowered weight and increased reps to keep HR in check, the work out just doesn't feel the same, so I will burn things up another way.

The weather here is really killing things, I would rather be walking everywhere.
