Day 18 - 27 minutes/7.5 miles
Fu&%#ng Tom Brady. 7 rings. My team has 2. The man is the Greatest QB in History and it pains me to type it, but it's true. The food was amazing though. Wings, pork tenderloin, pastrami, sausage, chips and salsa... I could go on, but that won't make Super Bowl Sunday come back any sooner.
If I didn't have this consecutive days contest with myself I never would've gotten on my stationary bike. Glad I did. Broke a nice sweat and pryed me away from the PS4 I had been playing all morning/afternoon. OK, back to the diet tomorrow..

Day 17 - 26 minutes/7.1 miles
Over 4000 cals Friday, but only 1700 yesterday. Today will be horrendous amounts due to the game, but it's only once a year, right?
Quarantining is dropping my calories out by over 1000 a day, and all I want to do at home is eat. I can see what a challenge my future retirement will be in keeping my weight down. Enjoy the game today, everyone.

Day 16 - 25 minutes/6.9 miles
Quarantined again. Coworker is positive and having symptoms. I, 6 days later, have none, but NYS is adamant about my staying home until Tuesday. Love that I get the day off after the Super Bowl, but not crazy about being housebound. Also, snowstorm due to hit Sunday evening that I won't be able to go in and shovel for. I know the pandemic isn't a joke, but it's gotten me 12 days paid without using personal time to stay home. Gotta find your positives somewhere.
On the flip side, I ate like an animal yesterday evening. 4 slices of a local sicilian pizza with sausage and pepperoni, and then followed it up with a Ben and Jerry's Peanut Butter Cup. I didn't go on the scale this morning and I'm still trying to bring myself to enter the food info into FS as of this writing. Workout felt good though.

Day 15 - 24 minutes/6.2 miles
Note to self- Check calorie amounts on snacks BEFORE you actually consume them. I went out with a coworker last night for a thick shake at Carvel thinking it would be no more than 500 cals. Then I looked up the nutrition info on their website. 1020 calories. It put me over 3k cals for the 2nd time in 2 weeks. It did taste good though.
Almost hitting 300 cals per workout now, so intake won't be as much of a worry going forward. I have a neuro appt. for my back this afternoon so I wanted to get the ride out of the way. 41 degrees out today, which is akin to a freakin' heat wave these days. My SB numbers are Bucs 6, Chiefs 2. Anyone have better numbers?
