Hey Guys! I have been browsing this website for 1-2 weeks and today I thought I am ready to join all you enthusiastic people and work on my Wight Loss mission.
I found Heather's own diet easy to follow, so here I start today!!
Had a Kellog's Raisin Bran cereal with 1 cup skim milk (200 calories) for breakfast and had my multivitamin, calcium and vitamin E.
Got 13 grapes for a snack before lunch. (30 calories)
Will have vegetable pilaf with very little oil (150 calories)+ 1 cup non fat yogurt (70 calories).
Evening snack will have non fat blueberry flavored yogurt (110 calories).
Will go to gym and do 30-40 mins cardio and 15 mins weights and then have light soy milk (50 calories).
Dinner will have 2 rotis (whole wheat Indian Pita breads)+1 cup lentil soup (300 calories).
