Well, I am back to square one or worse. I didn't really follow plan at all this whole 4th of July weekend, and have actually gained.I have exercised every day, but have eaten pretty much anything I want. I need to just start all over again. I feel like some of it could be water weight to have gained it so suddenly-- but I don't care what it is.... I am a numbers girl and do not want to weigh this much!

Really wanted to just go home after work, but I sped home, changed and got to spin class for an hour. Was hungry as I drove there, but because I was trying to make the class did not have time for a snack. I did have enough energy to complete the class. Way I look at it, if I am hungry there is a huge fat buffet that my body can endulge in. :P Have done reasonably well on my diet... actually need to consume more calories of the good kind-- need to consume more veggies. I am substituting Atkins shakes for breakfast and lunch for a while. I will weigh in on Sunday and see if this has done any good. My clothes feel looser, but then it is hard to really tell when you wear almost nothing but scrubs day in and out. I feel somewhat encouraged that I may be losing some weight. I am like most everyone else.. want results and I want them fast. I will try to be patient with myself and not expect everything overnight-- the next day will do just fine LOL!

went to Mom and Dad's for lunch-- that is always good for a couple of pounds gained. :) I need to be more vigilant and stick closer to my plan. The little pie chart thingie on the food journal is handy. Shows me that the carbs and fats are too high and that I need to add more protein to each meal. Had huge thunderstorms yesterday, so I did not get to work out in the yard as planned. I didn't sit down all day hardly as I devoted myself to housework. With the 90+ degree temps outside there are thunderstorms outside frequently that prevent doing as much outdoors. Did get to the gym,Saturday morning though- so go me!

Crazy day at work= even though we only work 1/2 day on Friday unless it is our call Friday. I took my son to Carabbas for dinner-- really did not need to do that! LOL! I was going to work out, but somehow that did not happen. I will be sure to go to the gym tomorrow morning and take spin class and Power class. I really need to stop eating out and cook instead, however, I am just in no mood to do that when I get home. I do love to cook when not so tired. Next week, I vow to cut down on eating out and to cook more-- also I want to exercise almost every day. Monday we have a staff meeting again* we have had one every week lately. So I am going to try to get in some type of exercise in the morning before work. Wonder about P90X3. Perhaps I could stand Tony Horton for 20 mins LOL! We have P90X and the hour and a half of yoga nearly killed me. That's a lotta downward dog!Really like every minute of sleep I can get- already deprived- so getting up earlier to workout will be a challenge.
