I had an okay day at the gym last night. Less than impressive, but I made it there. I went on the bike for a half hour and ran a little. As far as sticking to the diet.....I was invited out for dinner, then dessert, then I went out later that night with some friends. I had a really light salad but I ended up having french fries at like one in the morning. I also had to wake up at 7 this morning and got home at two. Tomorrow is my weigh in day so I guess we will see what lack of sleep and poor eating choices do for me. I have also decided that I am going to do what I have always dreaded... and record what I eat. I hate the tedious amount of work that goes into entering all this stuff, but hopefully I will get better at it. If I know what I eat and see it written down, maybe that will help me change my eating habits.

Going to the gym for the first time in about three weeks. Resuming my life after getting a second job and trying to allow myself to mourn. I am so ready to take care of myself again. Things can get out of control really fast. I had an okay day today, and had a few slip-ups. You have to look on the bright side of things, so today I am just proud that I didn't just throw everything to the wind when I messed up.

Been doing really well on my diet. I modified it a little bit though. Instead of using one cheat day at the end of six good diet days, I decided to use two cheat days at the end of five good diet days. The slow carb tells you to go CRAZYYYY on cheat day, but I just eat a few items that I crave all week. Like delicious pop tarts and pb and j lol. I also have been using lentils in only two of my meals. I also have been taking slim quick it helps get me back into diet mode and gives me a lot of energy.
