I'm down a little weight-wise from yesterday which is always nice.
For breakfast I had coffee with cream and 4 slices of bacon.

All right, I'm starting to get serious again. I've been maintaining the past year or so and I'm slowly creeping up the last few months. I'm about 5 pounds up at 167 from 162, so I better start doing something about it. I have a goal of 130 by October. Let's go!
This time around I'm going to write down what I eat on a daily basis on my journal. Everyone keeps asking me, "What do you eat?" so this way I will be able to tell them what I really eat on a day-to-day basis.
So today, I skipped breakfast and only had coffee with half and half.
For lunch I was out and had a Ceasar Salad from McDonald's with grilled chicken and I tossed out the croutons.
For dinner I'm making a new recipe. Vietnamese pork meatballs in lettuce cups. The recipe sounds amazing. Let's hope it is yummy!

The only modification I'm going to make is that I'm using Ideal brown sugar which should lower the carb count. Even if I don't do that, I think it is only 10 carbs per serving which is pretty good.
For an evening snack I had 3 deviled eggs.

Ok, so I fell off the wagon this holiday weekend. Had the best intentions, but cheated a few times with food and alcohol.
Started to get back on track today, but I'm over my 20 carb limit by a bit due to my salad at lunch.
At least I hit the gym today and ran 3 miles in 30 minutes. It's been rough running again and taking me a while to get back to running for an extended period of time, but I am chipping away at it again. I felt great when I was done!
