I have struggled with weight all my life. When I hit 60 I was 208 lbs and didn't like the way I looked or felt. I joined a weight loss program and lost 45 lbs., but broke my ankle and was off my feet for several months last year and gained 20 lbs back. I belong to a medical sharing group that wants me to maintain the weight I originally lost, and I have to meet certain guidelines by the first of May or they will raise my rates until I get back to where I was. I liked the way I looked and felt when I was 20 lbs lighter, and would like to lose an extra 10 lbs (20 would be even nicer!)so I have some "wiggle" room and don't have to measure every mouthful. I have always been terrible about writing things down, but now that I've found this site, I am excited to be able to keep closer track of what I am taking in each day. It really helps to see all the numbers, so I am encouraged and I'm going to do this!!
