Die die die!!!
I am eating WAY MORE than what I am supposed to. I am feeling very much guilty now. Have to eat lesser tomorrow... Or else my weight will increase again. Left 2 more kg to go, so I must strive on. Mustn't let down my guard.Oh pls no. May I be able to resist temptation!!!

My gain in weight is probably due to my love for food. Is it such a bad thing? Sigh...and now, I am so trying to loose some weight, but that means to change my eating habits. And it is DAMN hard.There are times when I feel like submitting myself to the temptations of eating snacks. The snacks I eat are usually chips and biscuits. I love Oreos, Redondo, etc. Not sure how long I can keep up with not eating them...but I'll try my very best.
My way to weight loss!!!
