I am a 37 year old female, mother of two that gained weight sometime after children. Discouraged with all the fad diets, I am looking for something I can stick to and hoping after its all done , that nothing I have lost sticks to me!!!

I modify my exercise, due to Baaaad cramping.Walking is easier Its the calorie output that counts and we burn a little more at that time of the month.

calorie intake
Hi, everyone please help I have been all over the tool box...When I first started I was on'my own diet' then I adopted the hcG phases diet This meant a change in calorie intake but I cant seem to change it from 975 to 500 Please Help!

Newbie alert! Helps? Somehow it let me set my starting weight in the future...
go to tool box from my fat secret screen and click my diet and you will see an icon to change this info

When you go to my fatseccret u will see on your right my toolbox go in to my diet and you will see the icon to change it

I adjusted my own diet to hcG phases for the record for those that view my profile I am aware there is a 500 calorie limit, but my tool box wont let me change this setting. Any suggestions?
