Ok, I don't normally enter mid-day weights... and I fully expect this to be back up in the 150s tomorrow morning. However, seeing that 140 something number on the scale was just too exciting not to record.

This week has been a little stressful- for more reasons then just being sick. So when my sister, parents and some other family decided to head down to St Louis early to go to the Zoo and wanted to take the boys... I gave in, lol. I wanted to go with them but things here just weren't working out for that. I am not sure how comfortable I am with it, obviously both my boys have some serious medical conditions and that always makes any prolonged situation away from them nerve racking. My oldest has been displaying symptoms of his kidney's acting up this last week and neither of them have been having a spectacular time with their lungs. However, they'll be staying with my aunt who's a nurse and my mom managed to keep 4 asthmatic children alive into adulthood... so I'm sure it will be ok. They left this afternoon and we will be down their the day after tomorrow in the morning... if I don't break and end up dragging my husband down there as soon as we can on Friday evening (can't start any earlier then 10pm Friday, so that would be a fun night time drive).

Anyways, to try and relax a little I went and took a bath and weighed myself befor getting in. I couldn't believe the scale was below 150lbs. I even recalibrated it to check, lol.

Anyways, normally I'd just wait and see what tomorrow morning said... but I had to record that 140s number!

So in hindsight I should have listened to my body this morning and not biked, along with just paying attention to myself better in general. The irony isn't lost on me that several of you gave me that exact advice today as well ;-)

I've been feeling worse and worse all day. My peak flows around 370 after multiple nebulizers but my chest is aching and I just feel crummy. I have also been freezing all day. It's been cold here the last week so I just thought that was it. But when I checked the thermostat because I was finally just too cold... it was at 73 degrees. Palm meet forehead, lol. Running just under a 103 fever. Took some tylenol and mucinex so hopefully feeling a little better soon. Not really sure what kind of bug it is. Just achy, no real acute symptoms otherwise and my peak flow is really pretty good for being sick- even after nebulizers.

Just writting the journal basically to say I'll be scarce then next day or few. Stupid compromised immune system... I feel like I'm always either getting sick or just been sick. Though honestly it's been better this year, I think just from having the better lung function meaning I'm not sick as long or bad. So I shouldn't complain too kuch.

Hope everyone has a great Sunday and thereafter. Talk to you all soon.
