I'm behaving very well with what I've eaten today, although I didn't get my 10k steps in (got to 7k), and have no intention of doing a 30 min workout in the next two hours...motivation, blah..

Time to get back to it! I quit accounting for myself on Fatsecret once I got a new journal, which is no excuse since I log separate information! I'm proud that I have maintained my weight very well during February, eventhough I hadn't calorie counted nor worked out as much. That's good progress in comparison to any other time I've stopped. Here's hoping I drop another 5-15 lbs this month, and that will be successful in my book! :)

Slacking...haven't been working out daily, not even the 10k steps. I haven't had a salad in about a week, but I have been drinking smoothies daily, still. I've found my sweet-salty tooth again...dang it..
