Very stressed at the moment so comfort eating a little but I am doing a class at the gym every night - hopefully everything will get better soon :) trying to think positive thoughts but its difficult.

Very miserable. Very bloated and feel awful. Hopefully yoga tonight will get things back to normal.

Feeling pretty good weight however is not budging at the moment so will cut out the drinks at a weekend and see how it goes. My sweet intake has increased as I have now been without cigarettes for 4 weeks today. I do have 2 gym classes booked tonight tho :). Will keep at it.

Back from our mini holiday in Devon - back to it now so will be good until the next weekend away in October....not too big a gain but feeling very lethargic and rubbish. Lots of walking done over the weekend tho.
