The past couple days have been showing 145 so I will record to see the difference since trying a flexitarian diet, fish, seafood, minimal dairy and trying out tofu. I made my own concoction of a bean cake today which tasted great incorporating cocoa, nuts, and beans as well as peanut butter. A winner with all the healthy ingredients.
I am looking forward to yet another way of eating more healthy.

Eating well, finding the right calcium intake, only to find out I may be somewhat lactose intolerant. My weight is midway between the persistent 147.6 and a happier sighting of 145.5. I didn.t realize weight could vary up to 4 lbs. a day, so I will be happy that is is down a little. I am just starting back into the walking and exercising although some days it harder with my toes being unhappy with being stretched to return to normal. straightness. Such is life.

All over the map. I will cross my fingers that this is the medium. I will be very happy to start again here and get to an acceptable weight. (143) Eating well and getting my calcium is the ultimate goal from here on in. Osteoporitis is not going to wear me down!
