Great. Daycare dropped the kids off an hr and a half earlier than they said they would (which is already 2 and a half hours earlier than normal). Called me from outside my house to tell me they are home (in the middle of my work out). They are supposed to call me 30 mins before they get here to make sure that I am home. Good thing I got out of work early today otherwise I would not have been here. I wont have another opportunity to work out today. I am so pissed!

Another day. Isn't it always? I hope to hit at least 1200 calories today although 1400 would be ideal. Today I try to avoid carbs that don't come from vegetables as well as cheese. Mini-goals. I have them!

I'm exhausted today. Work was no fun (sometimes it is). I suppose I better put the car seats back in the car so I can cart my minions to the gym. It's weigh in day and I'm not looking forward to it. I don't expect there to be a loss, but I'm hoping for no gain. I'll be content with a standstill.

The scale said 164 and when I got back on it 165. This happened twice so I'm going to go with the in between. It's the price I paid for my bad food/drink decisions this week.
I did okay today. Not nearly enough calories though. I really need to figure out some high calorie healthy foods. I'm not hungry at all but 600 calories is just not healthy.
My workout at the gym wasn't really satisfying. I noticed that they aren't as challenging as they used to be. I wonder if she's going easy on the group because of the resolutionaries???
I used heavier weights for some of the workout today. I usually stick with 5lbs but went up to 8 for biceps and triceps.
I think I'm going to take my measurements tonight. I know that sometimes the scale doesn't move because we've gained muscle. So I'd like to keep track to see if I'm losing inches.

Had two visitors today. One came with food from my favorite mexican place in the area. The other with food from my favorite sushi place. And I am weak!
It was a very nice thing they did. They wanted to make sure I have some of my favorite things from the area before I leave. But oh man, am I going to pay for today at tomorrows weigh in!
Didn't get my work out in either. I guess this was a cheat weekend. Tomorrow starts anew. I still have about 2 hrs of housework to complete so that ought to burn off a few bites of that burrito?
