I'm doing the Stop Fighting diet that manages the intake of fat calories. For people 25 pounds or more overweight -- you lose 10 pounds in the first 10 days and then an additional 30 pounds spread out over 90 more days.
Going to see how much I lose in the 10 days -- will inform folks how this works
