Weight Gain
hi I recommend a book called burn the fat feed the muscle by Tom Venuto it explains on how to loose weight n gain weight. The principles are that you need to find out what your daily required calories are and the you need to eat in a surplus if you wish to gain the weight, also a book by Ian king get buffed is another one that would be good to try.
