I used to have a problem with leaving food on my plate. I can thank my mom for that. She always taught us to "clean your plate", especially before dessert! I recently shared this with a friend and her reply was perfect:
"Do you want your food to go to waste or go to your waist?"
I thought I'd share in case any of you are struggling with this concept too!

I've been reading a bit of psychology and learning about self-fulfilling prophecy. If you think you will fail, you WILL fail! Well, I choose to think positively. :)
What's your go-to positive quote to share?
Mine would be:
"Once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results"

Hi everyone,
It's been a long while since I posted. After reaching ONEderland in 2016 (for my birthday too!) my weight has crept back up to 253 again. I'm ashamed and feel defeated. At the same time, I know I did it once, I can do it again! Plus, the message below really spoke to me.
Who wants to change with me? I need accountability buddies!
