Driving back an forth to Florida has not been kind to my waistline. But I can see where I could have done better. Starting with skipping any future visits to 5 Guys, where I ordered the regular hamburger(2 patties, 840 cals + 190 cal condiments) instead of the "little" hamburger(1 pattie), and then topped that off with a large order of fries(840 cals) and some pink lemonade(170 cals). Of course once the food was ready it had to be eaten(1200 cals).

I've no idea how this happened, because I definitely over-ate yesterday. Probably a full night's sleep helped.
