Hi all, so I am back to where I did not want to be (in the 90's). Breastfeeding and sticking to a diet has been rough. I am convinced that in one day I eat the amount of calories the average man eats in a week, haha. But all jokes aside, I don't think the amount is the problem but the type of food as I am grabbing for the easy and unhealthy snacks so I need to start getting back on track. I started the morning out really well with boiled eggs, cream cheese, tomato and provita and also a bit of yoghurt. Good luck with the week everyone!

I am regrettably heading in the wrong direction... I know having a newborn, sleeping less and trying to balance everything is tough but I need to get my act together.
