Still here, still maintaining guys. I went to my job's health and wellness office last week for diabetes, cholesterol, blood pressure and BMI screenings. The nurse was so proud of me and my numbers from last year. Your weight was 187 she said, I can't believe you're 148 !!! Everything was either low or in range. I left her office feeling mighty proud. Nobody was more surprised than myself that I started this lifestyle change and kept it up. #thankful

So I haven't been here in awhile. I'm doing ok maintaining but I have slipped up a couple of times with snacks that are in the house. I feel so weird these past weeks like I dream my weight is going to magically return. It takes a lot to get used to my new size and for people to accept it. I still get a little negativity when I pull out my carrots or my green smoothly drink but I have to learn to not let people/family affect me.
It literally a lifestyle change. I learned how to eat and I'm sticking to it when I prep for the week every Sunday. It's so much easier and it works for me. Now exercing, that a whole new issue. I cant keep on track to save my life. I used to workout 5 days a week. I'm lucky if I get in 3. I'm getting too complacent and I don't like it!

Ok so I've been maintaining but also still losing. I'm not trying to lose anymore weight. I love where I am right now. I'm trying to work on toning my body because I notice some extra skin in my belly area and my wonderful stretch marks 😀 I still eat healthy but my workouts have slowed down a little. I'm all into these kettle bell workouts now! Ouch ouch 😁 I still get a lil negativity from the hubby and family even though I'm constantly saying I'm NOT losing anymore. Oh well all I know is that I'm happy!
